Capacity Ice Cream Maker (Kitchen) I have this. It freezes the mixture into a nice soft serve in about 30 minutes. The only issue I have with it: the mixture sticks to badly to the sides of the freezing container, you either have to scrape it out, or wait for it to melt (which takes a while, the whole container has to totally warm back up). You loose a quite a bit of the mixture that way, and it locks up the machine and won't stir it anymore because of this, so I end up with about 1/2 of what I put in there. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful  Good Ice Cream Maker, Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Hamilton Beach 68320B 1.5 Qt. It makes soft serve ice cream within a half hour of putting ingredients in if you have had the cold bowl in the freezer for 24 hours, and have your ice cream ingredients chilled to fridge level.
