The item shipped 4 days after I ordered it (a little longer than I was used to from Amazon). However, it arrived in good shape. I unpacked the ice cream maker and was pleased to find that all the parts were accounted for. I successfully made a batch of caramel macchiato ice cream without a hitch. It froze well, wasn't grainy, etc... That may have had as much to do with the recipe as the machine itself, though. Also, the recipe made around a quart, so it will be interesting to see how well the ice cream maker freezes and churns a gallon recipe. But so far, so good! |
